We chose Eddie’s lakefront cabin to spend Christmas with our family in Maine. We definitely made the right choice! The cabin was bigger than expected and even nicer than the photos online showed. The kitchen is newly renovated and the beds were very comfortable. We loved walking around the huge property. It feels rustic, but we all could feel the peace of God while we sat at the lake. The whole experience was an excellent family bonding time free of the normal worries of life.
Eddie was extremely kind and responsive during all of our communications. He made check in easy, offered local attractions for us to check out and even worked with us to check out a bit later than usual. We will definitely be looking to stay at the cabin again next year!

Eddie’s place on the lake was beautiful. The beds were super comfy with brand new linens, a comfortable couch with a Roku TV. Internet worked great, lots of hot water and pressure for a camp. The campground is going to be absolutely beautiful when Eddie is done getting it ready for summer. It has a well appointed kitchen and sweet decor throughout. Eddie was a fantastic host, super responsive and understanding. We would love to come back during the warm months to enjoy the lake!

We had a blast ringing in the new year with our dogs. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and was very welcoming. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and our dogs loved exploring around the woods/swimming in the pond. We can't not wait to see what the cabins will look like after the revolutions. The location was also great, and we had fun exploring. We visited Monore falls, Tidal falls, the Steven King House, and got fresh lobster off the boat in winter harbor. We also recommend getting some baked goods from the bakery Sweet Cheeks apx 9 mins down the road. We will definitely be back.

The cabin was very nice to stay in and the king sized beds were amazing to sleep in.
There was a lot of construction going on when we arrived. (They are preparing the smaller cabins to be able to rent them out.) Eddie was very responsive to any needs/issues we had. He made sure we had a relaxing and peaceful time while we were there. Gave suggestions on where to go hiking as well.

This was a lovely space that fit our group perfectly. We were in the area for disc golf and an event in Bangor, and while this was a bit of a drive to the city (all back roads) the location and setting was perfect for us. Eddie was proactive and kept in touch throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. A couple of the guys on the trip were even talking about booking it again for their families. Overall, it was a great experience.

My family and I (as well as our dog) had a great time at Eddie’s place. Eddie was attentive, proactive, and available. The house was clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing. The pond was beautiful: we used the kayaks provided and the water was great for swimming. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. We were close enough to Acadia and Bar Harbor to do hiking and exploring but far enough from the crowds. Our girls even did a shopping trip to Bangor. All in all a great trip in a great location.

Fantastic stay on a beautiful swimmable lake! We booked this cabin for our family of eight for three nights planning to go into Acadia everyday. However, when we arrived and saw how beautiful the lake and area were we decided to spend one day relaxing on the lake enjoying the kayaks, swimming and hanging out!
Eddie and his team were responsive and helpful providing recommendations and answering questions even before we arrived.
The cabin is rustic but cozy and has everything you could need!

Gorgeous location with all the amenities you need. Getting to a lake is a shared space, however it never felt crowded or too busy for our group to do what we needed to do. Most restaurants were 15-20 minutes away which felt reasonable. Acadia was an easy drive and Eddie was very responsive and gave all info needed.

We were pleasantly surprised with the beauty of this place ! The kids loved the lake to swim in and there was kayaks , canoe and life jackets there to use ! The lake was peaceful, clear and warm ! House was clean with LOTS of thoughtful amenities like extra blankets , plenty of electrical outlets , fans for cooling , kitchen was well stocked ! We had a total of 7 people and we all fit comfortably! Thank you so much for sharing your slice of heaven ! We loved it !

Eddie's place was great for our family and friends as we visited nearby Acadia. It's located right on a lake so the kids wanted to spend the second day swimming and kayaking instead. good size bedrooms and bathrooms though due to the humidity while we there the house did get musky, so we had to put the fans on. We enjoyed our stay and made use of the firepit and had smores on the fire.
