The Space

This newly remodeled Maine & Loon themed tiny cabin is nestled among the tall pine tree shoreline of Toddy Pond. The cabin is located in the waterfront row of cabins, as seen on the map in the listing images. You will love this Loon themed tiny cabin! Tucked away in a 9-cabin resort on the beautiful gravel shores of Toddy Pond, you’ll have the opportunity to swim and kayak in the crystal-clear water, relax at the shady picnic tables beneath the towering pine trees, view local wildlife, enjoy at-home necessities, and easily access nearby towns! This is truly a special and unforgettable place! Bring your pets, we are very pet-friendly. You can escape the heat and cold in the cabin with the brand new central air conditioning and heating units.

This tiny cabin is 14x14ft wide and has one main room, a bathroom, a screened-in porch, and a yard. On one side, there is a King-size and futon. A kitchenette and a small dining area with two chairs are on the other wall of the cabin. There is an attached and fully remodeled bathroom. The bathroom is small but equipped! Brand-new stand-up shower, toilet, and vanity. Out the front door is a marvelous screened porch with another dining table. We had an amazing mini vacation at Eddie’s lakefront cabin. It was so peaceful and just what the doctor ordered after a chaotic few weeks :) We loved having access to the kayaks, fire pit, and grill. The cabin was right in front of the lake surrounded by nature. Honestly it was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Eddie was really good about making sure we had everything we needed and we appreciated the communication. We will definitely be coming back next summer (if not sooner!)

Absolutely charming cottage nestled by the lake! This cozy retreat exceeded our expectations with its quaint atmosphere and stunning views. The personal beach was a delightful touch, perfect for relaxing by the water. The cottage itself was fully equipped and immaculately clean, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. A wonderful getaway spot for anyone seeking tranquility and natural beauty

This place was AMAZING! The cabin being on the lake made it was so wonderful to swim in it after a long hot day. The kayaks were very nice to use and there was great fishing. The campfire made it extra special. The cabin was very clean and directly on the lake with gorgeous views. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the loon lakeside cabin. Having our own grill and being able to make our fire lakeside really made this experience standout for us this time in Maine. The cabin itself was cozy and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. We highly recommend this cabin, as it is only 50 min away from Acadia national park, while still providing you with an outdoors experience right at your door step. Lastly, our host provided kayaks for the lake on the property which were fun to tour the lake on.

Loon Cabin provided the peaceful getaway I needed. Right on the lake was great for swimming and taking in the scenery. The fireplace and grill were great amenities, and the cabin is very cozy. I slept great with the windows open and woke up to the sounds of birds chirping, and enjoyed my morning coffee with the newspaper on the screen porch over looking the lake. Eddie is very responsive and wanted my stay to be excellent. Easy 5-stars!

This place is awesome. Two days will not be enough. We did not want to leave but had to. Sunset is right infront of the cabin. It was such a great experience! I would love to go back to this place again, and again, and again.
