The property has stairs from the driveway to the entrance and spans multiple levels, making it less suitable for those with mobility challenges. Winter conditions can affect access, so guests are advised to take precautions for slip and fall during ice, snow, or rainy events. The home does have a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the main level, so it is somewhat accessible. The water requires a staircase.
