Come have a true lakeside log cabin experience in Maine! Nestled away on the beautiful shores of Long Pond, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the water, relax in the large waterfront yard, view local wildlife, take advantage of at-home necessities, and easily access nearby towns!
The cabin consists of one Main Room, a bathroom and a living room. The Main Room has the bed, dining area and kitchenette. The ladder for the loft is in the Main Room and access to the loft is there as well. The loft is open to below and not a private room from the Main Room.

GENERAL: Standard WiFi, linens, towels, window A/C units, hot water baseboard heat, lockbox with key
PARKING: Large paved driveway (4 vehicles)
ACCESSIBILITY: There are stairs to access the building from the driveway (5 normal steps and 1 big step). The bed, bathroom, kitchen area, dining area, and living room are all on the first floor. The Loft is accessible by ladder.

Do you have an EXTRA LARGE FAMILY or Small Group? We also offer a gorgeous 100 + year old cabin, with a historic story available on the same lake only less than a mile away from this special cottage! There are also other Airbnbs that we host next door. Reserve multiple and share Long Pond and Amenities!
RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS: 
Read ad completely
No young children (12+)
No pets
No smoking, inside or out
No shoes in the house
No candles
No fireworks
No seafood cooking in the cabin
Keep the A/C set to 70 degrees. Close doors when A/C is on. Turn off A/C when gone from the cabin
Keep noise to a reasonable level
Keep trash cans covered
Only firewood to be burnt in the fire pit
The house is on a septic system: no grease or food down the drains and do not flush anything other than toilet paper
ROKU TV is available with your own streaming logins. The TV is enabled for streaming services, wifi is provided, but guests need to use their own login credentials for any streaming service. 
HOME HEATING - FALL & WINTER - For those chilly FALL & WINTER days and nights, we have baseboard heating throughout, controlled by a thermostat to the left of the sink

								

Guest Access

   Guests can access the entire cabin and the entire yard. There is a second house on the property. It is vacant and not in use. You will have a fully private stay.
